Should I buy a Yamaha electronic drum kit or an Alesis?

I’m getting somewhere around 600 dollars soon and I realy need an electronic drum kit I can use for death metal and play in my apartment and the ones I was looking at where the ALESIS DM5 Pro and the YAMAHA DTXPLORER.

I would go with the DTXplorer because the Mylar heads on the Alesis DM5 makes the kit loud where as the rubber is more silent. Also you would need to buy a double pedal for your drums. I recommend the Pearl P902.
P.S. if you can save up a bit more to $800, then I would suggest getting a DTXpress Standard. This would last you much longer because of its 3 zone ride (bell bow edge), rim, and head on the snare and chokeable cymbals as well as better sounds than the DM5 and the DTXplorer.
